MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us by sending photos of the problem as soon as you receive your order and we will proceed to resend you a replacement product or refund.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are sure you will love our products, but in case we have not satisfied you 100%, you can contact us to return the product and receive a full refund.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING CODE?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed your tracking code which you can use on our dedicated page to track your order at any time. If within 5 days of placing your order you still have not received it, please contact us. 

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

Your order will be checked, sanitized and shipped usually within 24-72 hours after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive it at your home within 3-9 business days.
