Shipping Details

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, and Hong Kong (Whatever warehouse is closest to your location, we will ship from, depending on product availability). We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.

We ship with UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or your local postal office. Which means that each order is shipped with Express Shipping!

It takes around 4-15 business days to be delivered depending on your location (Not including weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays due to couriers).

This does not include our processing time of 2-5 business days. During sales periods or if the product is in high demand, processing time can be up to 7-10 business days. 

Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices.

You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.

If you order from US, you will receive a tracking code as soon as we ship your order. If the tracking doesn’t update for a few days, don’t worry, it will start updating as soon as your order arrives in the country and is assigned to USPS. It usually takes 2-5 days from the time you receive the tracking number.

Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Wareslist to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Wareslist may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be resent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAQ

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If an error has been made, please notify us no later than 6 hours after placing your order. If the order is not delivered because the end customer made a mistake in the address, they will receive a refund once it is returned to the warehouse excluding the return shipping fee or it will be sent back to the customer once the address is changed to the correct one. If you realize that you made a mistake in the address after the package has been shipped, notify us as soon as possible. We will try to help you get your package delivered before it goes back.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any shipping charges once the items have been shipped. Once you have purchased our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs charges when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please keep an eye on the SPAM box of your email as it may end up there.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update on the system. If your order has been placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in one package separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCELLATION”.
